This script uses YouTube.com to retrieve video information and video content. When you make a search, a query is sent to YouTube API and it returns results relevant to the query. And the retrieved information is processed and presented on your site, by your server.
No, you have no right to place a single copy of the script on several domains or sub-domains. In advance upon the purchase, you have to specifiy the domain or sub-domain, you intend to place the script. So the script shouldn't be placed on anyother domain except the one specified upon the purchase.

You need a hosting account that uses an Apache server with PHP scripting support. PHP should be version 4 or higher. Server should be able to handle htaccess urls (mod_rewrite). Anyway we'll check your server for compatibility upon installation.

This script doesn't use much bandwidth (but if you'd get 2k-3k hits a day 5GB/mo bandwith is preferable) and this script doesn't use much disk space, but having 20-30mb free space is recommendable. But this script uses some server resources, when you get a lot of webpage requests simultaneously, due to the nature of the process. But we have minimized the load as far as we could using a cache mechanism.

No, zero-maintenance is required to manage the script, it updates itself automatically and operates without any effort from you. But you would have to initially configure the script from control panel, after the installation. This script is a setup and leave it, kind of script, so doesnt require any kind of maintenance.
No, we will provide you several themes, you can customize them as you wish, themes are located on 'themes' folder. But if you want us to do it for you, contact us, we can do it for an affordable amount. But we could create a custom logo for free, if you ask for.
We wouldn't recommend, but you're allowed to edit. But you're not allowed to (modify the script and) sell. We would recommend editing themes located on 'theme' folder to customize your site. Anyway you have to keep full backups, if you're planning to edit. If something goes wrong contact me.
No, all videos are hosted externally, by YouTube. Your site only displays the video player, video content is streamed from YouTube. And you don't have to update your site, it would update itself automatically. But to make the site update itself often you would have to promote the site and submit the site to search engines or you should drive in some visitors to the site.

We prefer to install the script, so we'll have to upload and configure the script. For that, you have to provide us a FTP login account to your site domain's hosting account. You can create a temporary FTP account and delete it later or you can change the password later, we assure we wouldn't abuse your trust. You also have to provide us your contact information. And the domain name you're planning to implement the script.
